The Former Home of Columbia High Football, The Winningest Program in North Florida

Many Names in Columbia History have played at Memorial Stadium, whether it was in the late 1940s with Pat Summerall or in the late 80s and early 90s with Stars like Shayne Edge, Yatil Green and Reinard Wilson. Memorial Stadium stood as the Lake City Columbia Home of High School Football for over 50 Years, while it may not be in current use by the Tigers it still holds a special place in the hearts of the long time fans at Columbia. This was the home of the Tigers when they won the state championship in 1967 with one of the best years ever in North Florida. they outscored their opponents that year 434 to 61 including 6 shutouts on the year and 4 straight shutouts during the regular season. In the playoffs they outscored their opponents 67 to 14 during 3 playoff games in route to a state championship win 27-7 over Auburndale.

Current Home of the Columbia High Football Team, opened in 1994 and Seating Capacity of 7500

Since Tiger Stadium Opened in 1994, Columbia has remained one of the most consistent and strong programs in all of North Florida, since moving into the new stadium Columbia has amassed a record of 225 wins 84 losses and 1 Tie. Columbia has also made the Regional Finals 9 times, made the final four 3 times and was a state runner up in 1997.
